Orders are processed very quickly when received as we typically process and ship most orders within (1) business day when possible. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

Product Handling/Handle with Care:
Since we are dealing mostly with fragile glass vases and fragile containers. Please handle with care. Always wear protective when handling glass vases. Do not fill large vases bigger than 7x7 with waters or rocks or heavy fillers. It may damage the integrity of the glass. Especially when you are dropping rocks into the vases, it may crack the vases. The wall of the vases are unable to support large amount of pressure.
Vases are directly from factory, for first use, please always clean and inspect before your first use. Rinse or wipe vases before first use for best usage. Inspect for cracks, as it may effect the integrity of the glassware. Always wear glove when handling glassware.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the event that an item is damaged you must report the damage within 7-10 business days from the date of delivery.
For your safety, please do not remove broken glass from within its shipping box. Always wear protective gear when dealing with broken glass. You can open the lid of the box and take a picture of any damaged items and then please e-mail us at email@example.com.
Damage Claims Require the Following:
- Photos of all damaged products
- Invoice number
- SKU # of item & quantity damaged
- Contact number
DO NOT discard the broken items and packaging materials right away, our shipping company may need to pick them up for inspection. Items, including packaging are to be kept for up to 7 days before discarding.
Replacements are shipped out using standard ground shipping, or we can issue you a refund if you do not need the replacement items.
Products 30 inches or larger may only be eligible for a direct refund if damaged in transit due to shipping restrictions.
Damages for Business Wholesale and Retail Pallet orders are refunded directly, replacements are not provided for larger wholesale orders.
In the event that you received the wrong item within your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get you the correct item sent out to you and have the incorrect item returned to us.
In the event that you no longer wish to keep an item, you may return it to us. Please notify us before returning any items.
The item must be unopened and in its original packaging and you would be responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us. The product must be returned within 7-10 days from receipt of shipment. You are free to use any shipping service to return the items to us (UPS, FedEx or USPS), any refund due back will be issued once we receive the return and verify the merchandise.
No returns will be allowed after 10 days from receipt of shipment. If items are returned after the allowable 10 day return period, but before 30 days, all items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
All non-product-related fees (shipping, handling, return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No returns will be allowed for orders beyond 30 days of receipt.
