Application Submission Process
In order to setup your account, we require a few additional pieces of information so that our New Customer Accounts Team can get you started.
Please also register for an account on our website if you have not done so already, this will help our team setup your online pricing as quickly as possible.
Please submit the following information in the Comments/Questions section below:
- Federal Tax ID (or) Business License (or) DUNS# (or) CA Resellers Permit # (Required for companies within CA):
- Contact Name:
- Company Shipping Address:
- Is the shipping destination Commercial/Residential?
Upon submission please allow up to 2 business days for the account to be vetted and confirmed by our Accounts Department.
You will be notified of your application status once approved or denied.
*We currently are not approving selling partners for the following e-commerce platforms: Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart.*
