We sell to everyone! Whether you're an individual or a business, Wholesale Glass Vases welcomes all customers. We offer a wide range of glass vases, containers, and event décor at wholesale prices to both the public and businesses. Businesses can also sign up for a Business Wholesale account to access additional discounts for bulk orders.
How do I register as a customer?
You don’t need to register an account to make purchases or access wholesale prices. However, creating an account can make future orders easier and provide additional options. Click here to register now.
I have a business—how do I sign up for a Business Wholesale account?
To set up a Business Wholesale account and access our bulk order discounts, register for an online account. Once registered, you will need to complete the Wholesale Application under the Business Wholesale section, or you can click here to apply directly. You'll need to provide a valid Federal Tax ID, Reseller License, or DUNS number.
If you already have a Business Wholesale account, you can register for a basic account first and then contact us to link your existing account.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we don’t have a minimum order requirement. However, most of our products are sold by the full case to keep prices low. If you need to order less than a full case, contact us for a custom quote. Please note that split case orders may incur a repackaging fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and cash.
SHIPPING
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders placed during business hours are processed and shipped within 24 hours, depending on order size.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped via Flat Rate or FedEx Ground typically arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location relative to Southern California. For expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery, please contact us for assistance.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes due to the size of our items.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes! Local customers can pick up orders at our El Monte, CA location, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please indicate your pickup date/time when placing your order.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes, we can drop ship directly to your customers for a small fee. Contact us for more details.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, we do! Most residential orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. Larger orders requiring a pallet may incur additional charges for lift-gate and residential delivery services.
What is a lift-gate?
A lift-gate is a tool used to raise or lower pallets from a delivery truck. You’ll need lift-gate service if your delivery location doesn’t have a truck-level loading dock or forklift.
What qualifies as a residential or limited-access location?
Residential locations are addresses in residential zones that may be harder for delivery trucks to access. Limited-access areas include places like golf courses, schools, farms, construction sites, hospitals, and military bases. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to these locations.
PRODUCTS
Are your products handmade?
Yes, most of our items are handmade by skilled craftsmen. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in size or finish may occur, especially with hand-blown glass. This can include rough edges or air bubbles, which are a natural part of the process.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in China and then shipped to the United States.
How are your products measured?
We convert our products’ metric dimensions to standard measurements for easier reference. Slight discrepancies in size may occur, especially with handmade items. If you need exact dimensions, please contact us.
Are your products microwave or dishwasher safe?
Hand-blown glass items are not recommended for use in microwaves or dishwashers due to the presence of air bubbles, which could cause the glass to crack under heat.
Do your ceramic products have drainage holes?
No, our ceramics do not come with drainage holes.
Can I fill vases with rocks and water?
For smaller vases (6x6" or smaller), it's generally safe to add water. Larger vases, especially those over 7x7" or taller, are not recommended for holding water due to the increased pressure on the glass walls. Contact us if you’re unsure.
Are your products suitable for candle making?
Most of our glass and ceramic items are suitable for candle making, but the burn temperature of the candle can vary depending on the type of wax, wick size, and additives. We recommend ordering a small batch or sample for testing.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at sales@wgvint.com or call 626-452-8268 within two weeks of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage. Claims made outside of this time frame or without sufficient evidence may be denied.
